I liked how a bunch of big reactive dogs could be in the same room learning to behave and there were zero incidents. 

Clear and easy to follow instructions.  Positive reinforcement and rewards techniques that works very well.  

Margaret and Ruth show passion and care. The volunteers are very friendly and interact with the dogs at all times.  Before I joined the class I had an hour phone call with Aidan, offered with the adoption package.  Aidan told me few very simple but effective techniques for few issues I had with my dog.  Overall, everyone is very knowledgeable and helpful.

 " ARC is an incredible resource that supports both you as the human and your dog! No matter the state your dog is in, they are able to give concrete and honest suggestions to ensure positive and successful training. While I recognize that my knowledge of training is quite low (ok, non-existent), there was never a time that they made me feel inadequate. They meet your dog where they are at (for mine, quite low and anxious) and show such love and compassion.
